SUBMIT FIVE TIMES THE REQUIRED SIGNATURES OVER COUNTY REPUBLICANS  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                                                                         Contact:  Ashley Dittus April 8, 2019                                                                                                                                                                                        Kingston, NY – The Ulster County Democratic Committee submitted over 5,000 signatures to the Board of Election for municipal and county offices, the most that have ever been submitted in county history.The minimum signature requirement to appear on a major party line countywide is 1,000 signatures but was reduced to 750 to accommodate recent changes in the electoral calendar. In comparison, the Ulster County Republican Committee submitted 1,006 signatures for the office of County Executive.
